FAQs

How Much is the Activation Fee?

The activation fee for a stand-alone data plan is $50. If purchasing a mobile internet bundle (data plan + cellular router), the activation fee will be waived.

How Do I Activate the 500 MB Data Plan?

Within 2-3 days of purchase, we will ship you an activated SIM card programmed with your data plan. Upon receiving it, all you have to do is insert the SIM card into your cellular router.

What if I Go Over the 500 MBs?

Once the 500 MBs have been reached, services will pause until your next billing cycle. You can easily manage and make changes to your cellular data plan via the customer portal.

How Do I Pay for the 500 MB Verizon Cellular Data Plan?

Billing is automatic. Charges will be applied to the card used at checkout every month. Payment information can be updated through the customer portal. If the transaction is declined, we will make two additional attempts to process it. Services will be canceled if unable to obtain payment.

What Size SIM Size Will I Get with my Data Plan?

You will get a tri-cut SIM card that can be cut down to fit either standard, micro or nano slots.

Is this a Contract-Based Cellular Data Plan?

Nope. This is a no-contract, pay-as-you-go cellular data plan.
